Brand new state-of-the-art high-end 28 mm (1 1/8″) fabric dome tweeter with special, multiple hand coating. Our masterpiece in terms of tweeter: high-resolution, fine and contoured. Thanks to the newly developed dome geometry and improved omnidirectional characteristics, this is one of our best tweeters! The extremely powerful neodymium drive unit with damped coupling volume and corrugated pole plate construction with multi-stage ventilation ensures real SQ listening pleasure! In addition, the ribbed and stiffened volume pot with RCFS technology is resonance-optimized and gives the system its mature sound character for the finest details, rich and precise reproduction! This is real high-end made in Germany.

Eton HEX 165

The next evolutionary stage of the legendary, patented ETON HEXACONE cone technology: the 165 mm (6.5″) high-end system offers top performance for sound lovers. The newly developed sandwich cone consists of a 3D hex honeycomb structure embedded in two layers of glass fiber fabric, elaborately manufactured. The HEX membrane is high-strength, extremely light and excellently damped. Each individual HEX membrane is additionally coated by hand with a specially developed coating. This additional layer dampens resonances on the cone surface and ensures the rich, contoured and exceptionally precise sound of this premium sound system. The ribbed die-cast aluminum phase plug in the center of the HEX 165 is a real sound performance plus: thanks to its special design, it enables free cone movement, prevents interference in the near range of the cone and supports the incredible imaging accuracy of the HEX 165. The finest details are perfectly separated – creating a transparency and, above all, a depth of space that has rarely existed before. The powerful neodymium drive unit with optimized FEA magnetic field symmetry ensures the lowest distortion values and enables extremely dynamic, impulse-faithful and controlled reproduction – from the slightest signal to heavy bass punches.
